Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Scanverra subscription within the first 7 days of purchase, contact us and we will refund you in full - no questions asked.
Important: Cancellation Is Permanent
When you cancel a subscription - whether at cycle end or immediately - the subscription moves to a cancelled state and cannot be reactivated. To resume paid access you will need to purchase a new subscription from the Pricing page.
1. Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You request it within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription payment.
- It is your first purchase of that subscription tier (Pro or Team).
Refunds are not available for:
- Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
- Renewal payments (monthly or annual) - cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- Accounts suspended for violations of our Terms of Service.
- Partial-period refunds (e.g. mid-month cancellations outside the 7-day window).
- Immediate cancellations where the billing period has already run for more than 7 days.
2. Cancellation Options
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. We offer two options:
Cancel at end of billing cycle
Your next payment will not be charged. You retain full access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period, then your account reverts to the Free plan.
Cancel Immediately
Access is revoked immediately. No refund is issued unless you are within the 7-day money-back window. Your account reverts to the Free plan instantly.
After cancellation, a new subscription is required to regain paid access. Cancelled subscriptions cannot be reactivated - you will go through checkout again and your billing cycle restarts from the new purchase date.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of your purchase using either of the following methods:
Via Support Ticket
Sign in and open a ticket at /support with the subject "Refund Request" and your purchase date.
Via Email
Email us at support@scanverra.com with your account email and Razorpay payment ID (available in your payment confirmation email).
4. Processing
Refunds are processed via Razorpay, our payment processor. Once we approve your request, Razorpay will initiate the refund to your original payment method (card, UPI, netbanking, or wallet). Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
After a refund is issued, your subscription is cancelled immediately and your account reverts to the Free plan. A new subscription will be required to access paid features again.
5. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are eligible for the 7-day money-back guarantee on the initial purchase. After the 7-day window, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the annual term. You may cancel to prevent the annual renewal charge.
6. Plan Downgrades
If you switch from a higher plan (e.g. Team) to a lower plan (e.g. Pro), no refund is issued for the difference. The plan change takes effect on your next billing cycle. Immediate downgrades are treated as a cancellation and resubscription.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Changes are noted by updating the "Last updated" date above.
