What counts as a free scan?
Each tool gets its own monthly free scan limit - Browser Test: 4, Security Scanner: 4, Repo Scanner: 4. Website audits are always unlimited and never count toward this limit. Free accounts also get 1 scheduled scan and score history for the last 5 scans.
How do team seats work?
The Team plan includes 3 seats. The plan owner invites teammates via a shareable link. All members get unlimited access to all tools and can see a shared usage dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal whenever you like. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Is there a yearly plan?
Yes - pay annually and save 2 months on Pro or Team. Both plans are shown at checkout.
What is Enterprise?
Enterprise is for organizations that need unlimited seats, SSO/SAML, API access, a dedicated account manager, and a custom SLA. Pricing is negotiated individually - reach out to discuss.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not happy within the first 7 days, contact us and we'll refund you. No questions asked.
What is included in Scheduled Scans?
Scheduled scans run automatically at 8 AM UTC at your chosen frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly). If your score drops by 10 or more points since the last scan, you receive an email alert. Free accounts get 1 scheduled scan slot. Pro gets 10, Team gets 30, Enterprise gets unlimited.
